This is a bit of a cheeky long shot but… would anyone have either a bass amp or just a smallish cab I could borrow for a gig next weekend?
I’ve finally had to give the beloved Ampeg combo back and my friend who’s long-term borrowing my 4x10 cab has unfortunately managed to temporarily knacker it. They’ve offered me their Hartke 3500 head to borrow but that’s not much use without a cab. I don’t need a lot of welly just enough to play a small venue un-mic’d. It’s for a low-key (mostly 1950s rock n roll covers) band at a family party next Saturday so it would only be used by me (by which I mean our wonderfully delicate bass player) for 2 sets. Anyone got anything? Can offer beers/cash/cuddles.
