All three of the priorities in my area are anti-social behaviour, just on three different streets. One of the outcomes is listed as: "Two prolific cycle theives were arrested which has impacted positively on reducing cycle thefts in the area."
Thing is, anything that happens between meetings is going to be listed there. Still, it's good news.
I was in court recently waiting for a case to come up and saw a bike thief case. Had a little grin on.
