What are our relations like with the council in Southwark? At my local skatepark by my parents' we used to have a lockable box/cupboard type thing where we could store broom/blow torches/other stuff to dry/clean the place. I'm sure between us we could fund/build a plywood locker if we could get permission for it from the council.
