Ordered some Phil Wood wheels from him last year. He answered all my inane questions with great detail. V. happy with the wheels. Alerted me to a price drop in the hubs that I wouldn't have known about, to the tune of £80!
Great customer service. I haven't needed anything further but I would definitely recommend.
