Wheel builders Brighton area

Can anyone recommend a wheel builder in the Brighton area?

I know most of the LBS in Brighton offer the service but I'd be interested to hear from people who've used them and what their experiences were.

I made my first wheel yesterday. It was really good fun and not as daunting as I had expected.

I did it all without any kind of truing stand either, using match sticks taped to the dropouts of my bike. I still need to get to a stand to get the dishing perfect but I'd recommend having a stab at it yourself or as cedywedy was planning, watch someone do it.

Wheel building class at my shop in Lewes
Did a few up in London once upon a time.

Hopefully this will kick off the Open Toolbox i have planned for the shop.

I'd like to make up a decent fixed wheelset. What hubs/rims do you stock? i'm looking at £120 for the set. I've made a wheel before but would like some more guidance.
