Sorry pal, i couldn't help it : D
How are you BTW!?? -

you must've been confident with your measurements to go with an ISP. Can't say I'd be the same.

if anyone is concerned about using xacd then scherrit at bike whisperer can help
he has the know how to spec a frame etc, so get him to do a fit and he can then do the geometry etc himself and also specify the tolerances required in the manufacture

Thanks Sparky. Trouble is - building up this 1st one was so much fun I have to do it again. Got my eye on a nice old Raleigh frame and forks. . . going to build the next one up over time while riding the bejeesus out of this one in the meantime.
That was your first build? Great job, very clean and tidy.

^^Where did you get it?
I've been thinking about one of these for me. -
• #22985
got it from SJS.
....it's pretty cool, only takes up the space that one bike leaning against the wall would.

Thanks - yes, first build. With all the info here and on the interwebz, it really makes things easy. This one was rattlecans (I wanted a satin finish anyhow...) I will shoot the next one with proper spray equipment and auto-acrylic. I've got a real hankering for this color (maybe a little lighter), with polished alloy deep v's and lots of shiny metal bits........can't wait to get started.

Def getting one.
At tops I'll have 3 fully set bikes, so it's perfect for my tiny flat. -

It was a serious question... If I was to buy the same rack I need to know if I could use it!
-
• #22997
Alright it was a half serious question. I knew I'd get called on it as soon as I wrote it.

The front fork is throwing me in terms of the colour scheme, dunno whether to roll with the blue or pretend it's not there. s'pose it'll come together with the build.
I couldn't keep the blue fork. I'd have them refinished in yellow or replace some chrome jobbies....
