Frinkmakesyouthink, I followed yesterday your advise and I soaked 3 times for 24h with WD40 and the crank came off pretty easy actually. I was surprised!
Rusty, I think the angle helped too.
As with the actual derailleur I don't think I can fit more than 38T and I can not find another 38/32/24, I'll go to one of the workshops mentioned here for some help and advise.
