that pair on t'bay are cheap. Might be just fine for my commuter. Anyone got a pair yet? I'm also needing a cheapish wheelset and that looks like it might be just the job unless anything else comes up on the for sale thread.

The set im looking for is for a friend,
i had the rear wheel from that set from the same people and the hub de-threaded within 2 weeks, so balls to them.
Thanks for your help everyone, i got him a front wheel so im just looking for a back wheel now

I bought that ebay set and they lastest me fine through winter. I've got a couple of friends who have been riding with them for a while and have had no problems either.

ha, please stop pushing your advice on me, im very grateful for it but as i said the wheels aren't for me, they're for a friend and as i said i cant build wheels and the only shop down here who can (im in cornwall) charge £25 for builds and on a uni student budget that was a last resort.
Plus hes not in a massive rush for them, so thats a plan B
But again, thanks for your 'advice' :)
