Fixing Punctures / Puncture Repair / Exploding Tubes

I only get a flat when I think to myself 'I haven't had a puncture in so long...', next day - hissssssssssss..flat.
Exactly the same for me, I've done over 3000 miles on my current tyres (conti gatorskins) with no punctures, then on Wednesday I have a massive shard of glass go straight through the rear tyre. Then today I had the front go. Remove tube, check tyre, fit new tube, cycle on... PSSSSSSSST. Needless to say I was late for work.

Time for new tyres, I think.
