a decent stock of axles and cones in particular are very hard to come by these days. manufacturers and distributors seem to actively encourage disposing rather than mending old stuff. sprockets would be your best bet i reckon.
one of our customers had a bent axle on a year old deore hub - axle £18.99, entire hub £24.99.
