This is the absolute worst job to do on any bike... I managed it a couple of years ago when restoring a MK3, and the best place to find this kind of specialised info is in the moulton yahoo group. I can't now recall all the procedures for removing the front fork but you will need a 10 inch screwdriver and a C-spanner (for the lock-ring) and much patience. Probably copious amounts of some kind of de-seizing solvent too. Whatever you do, don't get it repainted until everything is out because there are nylon bearings and a rubber column lurking within. I think the yahoo site has a section diagramme of the front fork suspension assembly as well, which is essential viewing. May The Ace have the best of luck!
