Gates seem to be supplying only to OEMs at the moment

although there's nothing to stop the enterprising amateur from making their own belt drive with off the shelf toothed belt components available from drive factors and a bit of machine work to interface it all to the bike parts.
The Gates parts are horribly expensive in t'shops, complete drives from about $300
