to be honest, you are probably more likely to get bargins trawling charity shops in your home town! i've never found london to be as good as my old haunts when it comes to charity bargins. there just seems to be too many people who know what they are looking for! got my suit for the run last year for £4 from a little shop in blandford (deepest dorset...) tho i suppose living in close proximity to the country and plenty of small towns probably helped!
