Actually, there is a guy here in Amsterdam who builds and repairs fixed gear bikes (and any sort of bike for that matter, but he is into the fixed side of the force) and he is originally from Lisbon. He told me he and a friend are opening the first Fixed specific shop in Lisbon sometime soon. His name is Vitor, he's a really nice guy.
