Can you pm me where you are located. I'm in the Eastend, Dalston.

Although this frame looks to be the right height for me, I'm worried that I'd have to add a few more inches to my arms before reaching the handlebars.

You would have to come down here if you want to have a good look at it.
I can bring it up to London if you definitely want it, as I do come up every few weeks (by train) but I'm afraid I can't bring it up for you just to check it out, as I would have to carry it around with me all day and bring it back if you decided you didn't want it, which would be a bit of a pain in the arse.
