One comment already and it's speculative at best, misguided and inappropriate at worst.
We do not know how this accident happened. That is for the coroner to decide but, as we saw with the Eilidh Cairns case, that can lead to very unsatisfactory verdicts.
In the meantime, my thoughts are with the family and friends of David Vilaseca-Perez.
