Yea - I'm holding of getting solid quotes until the date(s) are finalised. Also if it's going to be a 2 day event, you'd hope it'll be Saturday/Sunday rather than Sunday/Monday (which it seems to be at the moment).
Given how many people look up for staying on the other thread, the coach point is almost certainly moot but I'll still check it out.
