I always wonder, how do these people manage this? I mean, to find an old thread and then bump it... Is there a plugin which makes you click submit a second time, after telling you how old the thread is?

i cannot for the life of me remember posting this. It was someone else i swear.
How weird -

Is there a pro-car life movement that says 'one more car', too?

Yes. It's called Detroit.

you, er, search threads or scroll through threads started by other people, then write a reply and post it............some around here call it 'utfs' -using the fucking search,
not a bad idea seeing as there are 37,163 of them on here. -

Nearly +1
I reckon if you have a relavent question or comment, and a quick search throws up an ancient thread, you should post it there.
Hardly seemed worth it in this case though.

Do they come in slimfit? Can you choose your own ironic slogan?

what if you like cars? i do they are great fun
this 'one less car thing' sucks - it not the car that is the issue but the inappropriate use of them

Start up a group called "One More Car" and campaign for bus lanes at peak hours to be used by cars ;p

you'll like the car appreciation thread then, I would link it but I have it on ignore..
-

not a case of 'one more car', but only use when you need to i.e. not driving your lardy fat kids 1 mile to school...
i do a bit of motorsport - great fun and does not lead to traffic jams and congestion in the towns. heavy on tyre rubber though ;-)

I don't like the slogan because it suggests that I'd be driving a car if I didn't have a bike. "One less public transport passenger" is less catchy and antagonising I guess

or 'one less person jammed in your armpit' but then the people of the underground would not see you....
Runterhank! That is great. Right up there with 'bounder' as an insult.
