For Sale: Yamaguchi track frame

I can never really work this out properly.

Everyone is saying this is so small, I usually take a 52cm T-T road bike. I am definitely considered what would be small. Would this fit me?

Marco (the guy I bought it from) is 5'5" and told me that he rode it with the stem and seatpost down, so I would say there is definitely some room to play with.
The frame was custom-built for the original owner in the US
I' don't know his height but I assume he must have been taller than Marco.
I'm 6'2", and usually ride a 57cm, the frame is too small for me
I hope this is of some use, I'm a bit lost with lo-pro sizings too.
At a guess I would say it would fit some one between 5'3" and 5'10" ? but that's a guess, and a big size range, and what do I know?
best bet would be to come and have a look at it in the flesh.
