the skateparks in this conurbation are largely hassle free and just full of 'the kids' in my experience they 'police' themselves, the 'yoof' service are often to be found at the Poole ones, giving out condoms etc etc which helps.
Having said that we cant be sure what will happen at slades yet,
whats more scary than kids/vandalism is that when the so called 'concerned' (dog walkers) who put up vocal and articulate opposition to changes sometimes do mad stuff- like digging up footpaths and so on. The rights of Way officer for Poole Borough who sits next to me in the office comes out with some unbelievable (true)stories about n.i.m.b.y.s
