Managed to get hold of a NR 2 bolt post will be nice after some elbow grease,just won this on Ebay to stick on it,
So it may not be to hard to get to the nuts to tighten it.

I got the seatpost for €12, and the Campagnolo wrench for $7. Bargainlicious!
