Trying to compile a list of all cycling distributors for the UK

I want to produce a comprehensive list of all the key distributors, not just all the mainstream ones but also the smaller ones that stock the brands that we, as a community, are interested in.

So whilst I know this will cover things like ExtraUK, it also covers things like Brick Lane Bikes because they import Velocity rims.

Has anyone got such a list (i.e. do you work in a bike shop and have this knowledge?) or know where I can obtain such a thing?

I'd suggest you start at the bike biz site, can't remember if they still do a pdf of the "directory", will check.

We only deal with about 5 distributors so there may be better bods on the site who can help/suggest distributors.

evans deal with a huge amount of distributors. maybe worth dropping their head office an email?

Are you just after components distributers as maybe http://ceeway.com/ may be off use to you as a frame building suppliers.

problem is it then will just get too complicated, if you want to know what they stock you can always just check there website and lookup the stock.
