It's a custom built Columbus frame, made a by a private frame builder, named Nico Regter.
He has built a couple of custom frames ("Reco" brand) in NL. Later he moved to Ireland and built apprx. 100 frames over there.
Reco/Regter are quite well known around Apeldoorn, city of my home track, venue of 2011 World Championships track racing. Home town of Leon van Bon, Willy Kanis, Agnes Ronner (both girls have moved there) and Teun Mulder living very nearby.
This particular frame was built for former junior/amateur ace Aart van de Kruisweg and later bought over by Peter van Ommen. Both have won Dutch National Championships on it. I'll never repete that... Hope my son or daughter will do that within 10 or 20 years.
