I'm 5 foot 3 and a half, could ride 18,19,20 inchers.
Don't think I could pull off a falcon mountain bike Tel, I'm more of a raleigh mountain bike kind of girl.

I know where you coming from with the Falcon MTB, but if it gets you around while you sort yourself a better bike then might be worth taking it. You could always spray over the Falcon transfers anyway !!

I agree, nothing wrong with Falcon at all. But some younger people seem to have a prestige thing maybe!! Me, I'd have a Trek or a scott or a klein. Do Raleigh still do bikes then? MAde by falcon probarly ha ha !!
I thought it worth asking.
My current bike's back wheel is buckled, really buckled, so it's hitting the frame left and right a little as I cycle, and I have one brake, but it's one I inexpertly put on and the pad drags against the rim.
When I crashed the bike a few years ago the gear wires snapped, so I fitted those myself in the end, and only fitted one. I couldn't manage to get the wire through the frame and out again, so I just did one side. So I have 2 working gears. My legs are stronger than my gears are set up for, thus.
My beautiful bike that I loved riding got nicked, which is why I'm riding this heap of junk (which deserves doing up really and I will one day when i can afford to, it is neglected). I took it into the bike shop one time and the guy passed it over to this boy who gave him this look, and the guy said "well she's got no money has she!" (That was Edwardes)
I also got hit the other month, because a BSW heating van u-turned into me near Kingsland Shopping Centre, and I took it to London Fields who were really rubbish and gave me a £28 wheel (to be paid for by BSW). £28. They have no respect for their common man.
if anyone has anything knocking about, I would be most grateful
