I just go my old Gazelle Champ. Mondial back from the painters..
Does anyone know from which year this bike is (Zieleman or Dutch Cheese)
I had it repainted via Erik from Neerkant and he thinks the bike is from the late 60's.
It has BCM (Bocama?) lugs but not the longpoint ones (they are more chunky) and some reinforcements on the inside of the front fork legs (i've never seen this on other Champ.Mondials with double crown forks..) Trackends and front drops are Campagnolo.
Erik also told me that in the old days Gazelle had some special order frames (probabely for pro's) made by Eroba in Limburg.. It has all the characteristics of a Gazelle (wrap around seat stays and everything) but it looks a bit different.. I'll post some more pics soon!
