The company has been split in two due to a lawsuit with a Belgian company. More details are available on the ever excellent Italian Cycling Journal;

(also why does this thread have blue closed icon next to it? does that mean its not visible to everyone?)
i wonder how much this will change the brand, will they start being sold in evans and stuff? or even halfords?
Shame to see shimano all over some models, i know its not bad equipment its just so ugly, although i think the photos are poor on most of the models they could look better in other photos maybe.
vecchio is quite nice

sorry I cant handle it, gross in my opinion, especially considering Gios' have always been so good looking
reading the original article http://italiancyclingjournal.blogspot.com/2010/02/gios-re-inventing-itself.html they say the brothers arent in a feud but its seems insane to split into two companies (and weird considering they say their not in a feud?) surely if the japanese made bikes website (alfredo's) come up first on google their run the italian made company (Aldo's) into the ground; giostorino.it even looks sort of fake as a website.

debated putting this in porn or not and decided against it, I think its bloody nice but maybe the fronts a bit fat and the website on back looks a bit budge, still it looks unique up against the new pinarellos and colnagos, shame ill probs never see one in the flesh
cheer for the south yorks stuff JD, may take a trip when i decide to finally do mine up

Spooky
What are you doing up?
I've been onto Race Scene, they don't have every spare that was on the old site, but they are good for Gios/Deda stems, tape and stickers.
Got one myself, though rather sinfully I'm going to mix new Shimano with the old steel frame for sportive/Audax use. -

I need some wheels like that for my Gios. It will look the bizz. Anyway thats a nice road bike.

New website and total relaunch - have they been bought out recently?
They've gone from selling one bike to fifty in the space of a week > including crazy minis and mountain bikes.
Heartbreakingly most of the bikes are bloody ugly, and even the nicer ones (airone) has disgusting brake/gear leavers. They've also tried to jump on single speed band wagon but the Stilo isnt much of a looker, why the slopping top tube. What a shame.
the new helmet their selling looks like something out of playmobile to boot.
(Still love my one though)
