Have you taken the Rossin to a framebuilders to see if it can get put in a jig and re-set? Maybe just my crap eyes but from the pic doesn't look irretrievable... bit of brute force might be able to knock it back into shape.
Would love that tri-spoke but alas for the pennies. Good luck anyway!
