Yep, caught a last second glimpse of your 'spok but as you say I was not only trying to avoid that bus but also the coach being driven really erratically all the way along there - speed up, no, slow down, oh, speed up again, slam on the brakes, change lane without indicating. WAC.

where were you? I like the phrase carving, I usually bimble so this is a definite step up for me, and may be attributed to my effort to ride faster. Although the headwind this morning was fucking orrible.

about 30 minutes ago, i rode across blackfriars bridge and up farringdon road with a dude going the same way he turned east onto clerkenfixed i turned west. didn't see much of the bike, but i think it had a 650 on the front, well built guy with lots of hair and no hat. cheers for letting me sit on your wheel when you managed to pass me, it was windy out there tonight.

Your bike is at least 2 sizes too big for you, the saddle is down as far as it will go yet you're still pointing your toes to reach the bottom of the pedal stroke.

Sell it, buy one that fits, please.
