That is very likely NOT a genuine Harry Quinn. The serial should have letter Q in it, also the lugs look much more basic than how you'd expect them to be, there are no cutout windows etc. Then again, what do I know.

It is actualy a Q and not a 0 as I stated before. So, I guess it is a Harry Quinn?

Koga offers lifetime warranty on frame and fork, and it is used frequently. It may be an explanation why some Koga frames look so nice. Company keeps replacing them year after year.
