Would cost a bit but can't they put a load of CCTV everywhere and put a load of signs to warn these unfortunate souls.
I know some people are just dumb and don't give a toss, but surely it would help catch theese iijiotts.
I won't be cycling along the canal anytime soon during the nightfall.
And to think I used to go from Islington to Limehouse on a regular basis around midnight... I'm rather lucky.
