Get ready to laugh at my complete lack of comp knowledge....
We have 3 boxes
Cisco 800 Box - Which I assume is the router, this has been rebooted twice today and has made no difference.
Fortinet Box - I assume this is for our forticlient, I have not tried switching this off.
DGS-VL880 Box - No idea what this is but it looks like it is something to do with the phone system.
Will post other info as soon as I get it.
