Have you tried switching it off and on again?*
*I'm only half joking here. If you're running adsl or something you might have some luck turning off the router, waiting a minute and turning it back on again.
Also, try going speedtest.net and pingtest.net and posting the results here.
Do you know what sort of connection you have? Us IT geeks love information.. we need it.. please be posting it..
Who's your provider? Go Start > Run and type 'cmd'. Hit enter. Type 'tracert www.google.co.uk' and grab the output. Post it here.
