^^is it any coincidence that you work in blb and are promoting formula/blb hubs over any other? will have to change your username to harry major-spammer
only joking...i have one set of blb hubs - which are lovely looking - and one set of pretty gorgeous goldtec's. i find the goldtec's superior in every department (naturally that might change if i crack a flange).
explain this...i was running the blb's on a steel frame at 46x16 and skidz™ were happening but were hard work. now running the same crank with the goldtec's on an ali frame, same GI and skidz™ are like lionel ritchie on a sunday morning. different chain, frame and weight distribution, same tyre and the rest. i just figured the goldtec hubs were stiffer and making for a better drive train all round than the blb's. am i deluded? (pls restrict answers re. my deludedness to the context of my theory on hubs and their effect on ones ability to do skidz™)
