You joking of course. They come to Afan from all over the UK. some serious trails for geared mtb's. some of the trails might be useless to the single speeders. You would spend most your time walking.

Unfortunately I'm not. It was my local centre for two years and I find it pretty poor. My local trails are Glentress and Innerleithen, the Tress has become a victim of it's own success and is too commercial but the trails are still quite good. The XC route at Inners is great although the climb up from the carpark with a hangover is a bit rough. Of the Welsh centres it's Penmachno that does it for me, Betys is a bit like the Tress, the Marin is ok but a bit too easy. Get yourself up here and I'll take you round the trail centres and we can rip it up.

I'm not a single speeder, I have friends ;-)
