i don't feel guilty about smoking, it was a poor plan to quit (drinking and patches). going 2 weeks no drinking then cigarettes and alcohol no at the same time.

clipless shoes are fine for walking round uni it turns out. right cleat is perfect, left still needs some adjustment. my left foot is quite a bit smaller than my right, so the right shoe is like a glove (not that i would know what those feel like...) and the left is a bit big. might get some insoles or something.

ha! on the circle line ride, i was talking with some chaps about my use of socks as gloves, and we decided that gloves could not be used as socks.

Looks ok but I would say the seat tube is seized otherwise they would have taken it out. Also, a path frame is going to be a bit longer than a track frame.
