its sacrilege to use that for Polo- unless you're a poseur, that's a lovely retro frame, I have no doubt you'll get plenty of toe overlap on the tight forks and the foot ending up in the front wheel, end result splat on the deck many times.
I have a crap Apollo MTB that's suitable for converting to a Polo machine for very little money.
