well hi to you all. I'm not from London. In fact I'm a Taffy apple from South Wales. But boy do we have some great single speed mountain tracks. Afan Agoed anyone? I'm known as no-legs on account of having short legs. Its such a bitch finding the right sized frame to fit me.

Afan, pah too much fire road action. Get yourselves a decent MTB Centre ;-) Even Cwm Carn is better. Whites is too short and only has one decent descent, Energy I think and even that is too short and not challenging. W2 is good in the morning with Skyline thrown in after lunch for a good day in the saddle.
