You put so many images into it that it triggered that spam defences and I had to check it this morning. I believe that when you posted it it does actually tell you that a moderator may have to check it before it appears, and that's what happened.
It's up now, though I deleted the duplicate post that you put in the test thread as it seemed superfluous. That was also stuck for the same reason (too many external images in one post).
