Off the bike, but trying to walk everywhere as that seems to be helping. I was in a pretty bad way yesterday, but much better today.

Plank 3x30sec, Reverse Plank 3X30sec, Supermans 3X12, Situps 3X12, One leg planks 3X12Free standing:
Side lunges arms level hold 10 sec X5 each leg, Twisting lungs arms behind head turning towards back leg 10 sec X5 each leg, standing knee hold 10 sec X5 each leg, flying stand 10 sec X5 each leg, supermans 10 sec X5 each side, lunges with weights * 20If you are an idiot and haven't done it for a while and do the complete routine it will give you DOMS like you would not believe :(
I am going to try this tonight... However, I couldn't find out what a flying stand is. Any explanations?

Zed, I've been doing core strength exercises every day of my life for about 5 years, because of back problems (disc proplase, sciatica, nerve impingement) after a childhood gymnastic career that has left me a bit fucked. If you want some good pilates type exercises pm me.
