He stated there was insufficient information available to claim back what was taken for mortgage payments.
So to cover this he highlighted the failings in the expense rules that allowed these people to hide their claims.
He went above what was asked at risk, he could have created a weird and wonderful list of moat/bell rope/cleaners and beds to have affairs in. but instead he went one further and set into the flaws of the ACA.
The fact these people who were once smug believing they were above the law and smarter than the lesser man are now sweating and suffering sleepless nights as their nasty work is just about the be spread all over the media.. well, it's just a lovely image
