teams = beers Norths, Wests etc with honourary membership for the floaters or a team for the "i've never been to a forum beers and never will" people. No harm in a bit of friendly rivalry.
jousting - we could use wallpaper tubes stuck together with gaffer tape with a yellow sponge on the end.
