Original track forks (Gazelle) are too tight for regular road brakes.
Shortest calipers I know are Aero Gran Compe, approx 5 mm shorter than others.
If the difference is still approx 5mm, you can make it work with some small tricks.
Alu or steel washer (thickness 5 to 7 mm or so) between calipers and fork crown.
File an angle/taper off the washer and tighten the brake onto the fork.
This will force your calipers a few mm up (or down, depending on how the tapered washer is positioned).
You can also put your calipers behind the fork crown. In that position, the brake blocks have to be placed lower to hit the rim's brake surface.
Just don't know if there is enough clearance to place the calipers.
O, this will not go with Parapull brakes! Just normal sidepulls.
And don't forget to check the open/closed ends of the brake blocks...
