Current Projects chat and miscellany

I saw this through the window of a friends house & was thinking of offering the neighbors a few quid so I could do a build for the girlfriend. Any idea what it is, or even if it's worth doing? Couldn't quite work out the name...

It will take a lot of elbow grease, but its a quirky looking frame, so I'd go for it. Dismantle - clean/remove rust - regrease.

Could always get the frame powder coated and do a complete rebuild the match the one in the pic.

Depends on how much time/money you want to spend and the condition of the frame and wheels I suppose.
