paint also looks like a powder coat. and is the fork missing?
-
• #22429
I've had a whte Benotto in the 1980's (and 2x red, and a champaign).
All Benotto frames had quite cheap sticker, not covered by any clear coat. But I must admit that these pictures are not beautiful, and it's strange that a new frame has no stickers.
Price is okay if everything is genuine, but a fork should have been included (okay, for a few extra $$$).Not my size tho'.

Why does this bb spindle have threaded ends?
-
• #22438
To screw crank arm retaining nuts onto. Two systems. You can either have a threaded hole, with crank bolt (which you've prolly seen before) or a protruding threaded stub, with nut (which you have now).

Why does this bb spindle have threaded ends?
Campagnolo changed their Super Record titanium bottom brackets from a hollow spindle, which easily broke, to a solid spindle which accepted nuts on the end.

Is it just me? I'm really annoyed by all the links people post on here, with no pic. It's much better with pics, I get annoyed when I click on something I hate.
For all those like me, the above refers to this
![](http://i.ebayimg.com/09/!Bker6,gB2k~$(KGrHqIH-DQEs777iVdbBL(voj7tFw~~_35.JPG)The starting bid is 500 quid, BIN of 600. Mental. Don't those frames cost about 100 quid?
(dammit! my pound sign key has stopped working!)
