so, been 25 hours since last cig. feelin alright. patch doesn't stick too good so i got some surgical tape to hold it down. they gave me 15mg 16 hour patch for this week. my carbon monoxide level was a paltry 1 which apparently is the lowest it gets. starting to cough up some nice chunks of lung. heh.
