Buy some binoculars ......In all seriousness, just wait outside patiently in the car, everynight for maybe a year. This way you can observe how she is doing, who she's with, what she's wearing etc and judge the right time to be 'friends'. Also to save yourselves from arguments don't say anything when you phone 12 times a day, everyday.
