What I've always found interesting in that London video is the comparison with Lucas Brunelle's other videos in other cities. There, the riders often enjoy long, uninterrupted runs through stationary traffic and highly predictable conditions. Trying to ride with similar recklessness in London just doesn't work. If you look at the video closely, it is heavily edited and constantly jumps between different locations. Is this because there were too many close shaves to make longer sequences practicable?
+1
I guess it depends on the time of day. The ones I did were early evening and weren't too bad, at the time of day (i.e. featured in the clip ) it's just silly and dangerous. I recently read that riding in the US is way easier as drivers there give you more space and the roads are far wider allowing for errors. Makes me wonder who makes the best riders?
Great music in the London to Cambridge BTW
