Yep, that was a great visit to South's (albeit a little brief)
will def look into those light konijn, I love how they've got an SOS mode, haha!
Here's a link to the ginger & wasabi layer cake I made, I found it a bit of a faff converting the US cup measurements but it turned out pretty damn good :-)
^^ not my pic, mine was much more 'rough and ready'!
& Stelle, when I got in I immediately stuck some bread in the toaster. 1 piece with cheese and chilli jelly, the other with marmalade. Missy, you did gooooooood! That chilli jelly is frickin' delicious!
