For Sale: Western Digital 500GB external hard-drive

Got one of these a couple of years ago and it has served me well but I've recently upgraded to a 1TB external hard-drive so this is somewhat unnecessary.

I can't find the box but it works perfectly and comes with the USB and mains power cables. Also, reformatted it yesterday so it's a blank slate.

It is overpriced, you can get them for £40 on eBay or the newer model for £50 (including P&P).

I know you said it works perfectly but is it in good condition externally?

not having the box (probably left the warranty in there d'oh) I'm afraid it doesn't but it's worked perfectly for me for two years and has just been reformatted

formatting doesn't erase the data permanently, just so you know, all your midget pron could be revealed to all. u need KillDisk.

I did realise that and had nothing to hide but some horribly bad movies and maybe a dodgey song or two..
