Bare frame and fork, no BB or headset. I do have a stem (good nick) and seat tube (less good nick, but serviceable).

Measurements:
Seat C-C: 57.5cm
Seat C-T: 59.5cm
Top C-C: 58cm
This frame requires a 26 TPI headset, which can be acquired from Mend-a-Bike down here in Fulham apparently.
